Isotherm insulation is a green recycled polyester made in South Africa by a company called Brits. They took plastic PET bottles and used them to make a green recycled polyester product. It is a chemical free product
One of the reasons it has gained so much traction is because the product does not contain any chemicals. Cellulose fibre is a well-known product that contains chemicals. Both isotherm and cellulose fibre hold around the same R-value. So why not use the product that is chemical free?
It is a fibreglass free product
Another very popular product would be aerolite insulation. It has been around for over 75 years already. It has become a household name over the years.
